This information can be obtained by the Lessor during the registration process in the E-motion electric scooter rental system, as well as in any other legal way, during the execution of the Agreement.
Personal data is stored in the Lessor's personal data information system.
1. The Tenant confirms that he has read the entire Agreement on the processing of personal data, the text of the Agreement and the conditions for processing his personal data. The Tenant also confirms that the entire Agreement is clear.
2. The Lessee agrees to the automated and non-automated processing of his personal data in order to conclude a User Agreement and execute a scooter rental agreement.
3. The Tenant agrees with the terms of personal data processing without reservations and restrictions.
4. Consent to the processing of personal data is valid indefinitely from the moment the data is provided and can be revoked by the User by sending an application in a simple written form to the email address office@e-motion24.ru or by sending a written application to the Lessor. If an application is sent to withdraw consent to the processing of the Lessee's personal data, the Lessee's registration in the E-motion Rental System is terminated from the moment the Lessor receives such an application. Personal data means information filled in by the User (Lessee) in the corresponding fields of the registration, which includes: Surname, name, patronymic, date of birth, as well as address, phone number, e-mail address, bank card number, data of the main document certifying identity, information about the date of issue of the specified document and the issuing authority, other information about the Lessee. This information can be obtained by the Lessor during the registration process in the E-motion electric scooter rental system, as well as in any other legal way, during the execution of the Agreement.
Personal data is stored in the Lessor's personal data information system.
1. The Tenant confirms that he has read the entire Agreement on the processing of personal data, the text of the Agreement and the conditions for processing his personal data. The Tenant also confirms that the entire Agreement is clear.
2. The Lessee agrees to the automated and non-automated processing of his personal data in order to conclude a User Agreement and execute a scooter rental agreement.
3. The Tenant agrees with the terms of personal data processing without reservations and restrictions.
4. The Tenant gives his consent to the processing of his personal data, namely the commission of the actions provided for in paragraph 3 of part 1 of Art. 3 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ "On Personal Data", namely: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, transfer at the request of the court, incl. third parties, in compliance with measures to ensure the protection of personal data from unauthorized access. The Lessee confirms that by giving such consent, he acts freely, of his own free will and in his own interest.
5. The Lessee's consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed and conscientious.
6. The Lessee has the right, on the basis of a written request sent to the Lessor to familiarize himself with information about his personal data that are processed by the Lessor, to demand that personal data be clarified or removed from the Lessor's personal data processing system. If personal data is deleted from the Lessor's system based on the Lessee's request, the Lessee's registration in the E-motion rental system is terminated from the moment the personal data is deleted.
Consent to the processing of personal data is valid indefinitely from the moment the data is provided and can be revoked by the User by sending an application in a simple written form to the email address office@e-motion24.ru or by sending a written application to the Lessor. If an application is sent to withdraw consent to the processing of the Lessee's personal data, the Lessee's registration in the E-motion Rental System is terminated from the moment the Lessor receives such an application. If the Lessee disagrees with the terms of this Agreement, registration in the E-motion Rental System (on the e-motion24.ru website, in the E-motion mobile application) cannot be carried out,
The Lessee has the right to make changes to this Agreement.
